Analysis of the Role of IT Governance on ERP Systems Implementation

An ERP (enterprise resource planning) is an information system that makes it possible to manage and monitor on a daily basis all the operational services of company. It able effectively reduce cost products, improve customer service experience, increase business competitiveness. However, implementation rate much lower than originally planned, many companies have not achieved intended objectives.
